Will Call tickets for non-49ers events may be picked up at the Visa Box Office at Levi’s® Stadium. The Will Call windows open three (3) hours prior to each event. Will-call tickets can be claimed only by the person whose name appears on the Will Call envelope. Government-issued photo identification is required.

Payments Accepted

Visa is the preferred credit card of Levi’s®  Stadium.  All other major credit cards are accepted.  Cash is also an acceptable form of payment at the Visa Box Office.

Wheelchair Accessible Seating

Levi’s® Stadium offers accessible seating throughout the facility. Accessible seating includes wheelchair spaces, companion seating, semi-ambulatory seating, and designated aisle seats. Tickets for accessible seating can be purchased via Ticketmaster.com. For more information on accessible seating, please inquire at go49ers@49ers.com or by calling the Visa Box Office (415) GO-49ERS ext. 4.

Due to the limited inventory of accessible seating for 49ers football games, same day ticket exchange for accessible seating is no longer available. When inventory is available, accessible seating exchanges can only be completed electronically during the week leading up to event day.

San Francisco 49ers SBL Members should consult www.49ers.com/members to find instructions for SBL-accessible seat exchanges.

All other ticket holders in need of an accessible seating exchange are instructed to send an email to ADAexchange@levisstadium.com. Please include ticket account name, the email address for your ticket account, contact information, the seat location you would like to exchange from, desired number of seats for exchange, and the type of seats you require. Emails are accepted beginning at 12:00 noon Pacific Time the Tuesday before event day, and are collected in a virtual queue line for possible exchange. Please help keep the queue line organized by limiting your request to one email. The Visa Box Office team will notify no later than 5:00 PM Pacific Time on the last business day prior to event day if we are able to fulfill your request.

Ticket Policies:

• All guests are encouraged to be in possession of their own ticket at all times.
• Ticket holders can manage game tickets using the official 49ers Mobile App. iOS Google Play
• Guests should have their tickets ready to scan upon approaching the stadium entry gates. The ticket barcode must be visible.
• Guests should be prepared to present their ticket upon entering the seating area.
• Guests with ticket related problems should visit the remote box office booths located at the entry gates located in front of Intel Gate A, Dignity Health Gate C, or the Visa Box Office located at the north end of the stadium inside Toyota Gate F.
• Lost or stolen tickets may only be replaced through the season ticket member of record.
• Tickets obtained from sources other than the San Francisco 49ers or its authorized agencies may be lost or stolen and in such cases will NOT be honored.

A Stadium Builders License (SBL) is a license initially sold by the Santa Clara Stadium Authority to help fund the construction of Levi’s® Stadium. All seats in Levi’s® Stadium will be sold through a Stadium Builder’s License (SBL). Buy or sell your SBL.
