Levi’s® Stadium takes pride in our services to our guests including those needing mobility assistance. We provide various services for our guests with disabilities, including courtesy shuttle service from several of our parking lots and wheelchair assistance. ACCESSIBLE PARKING, LOCATIONS AND DIRECTIONS
Accessible parking at Levi’s® Stadium is located in Red Lot 1. For parking lot maps, please click here.
Accessible parking is only available through the Red Lot 1 entrance. Guests using the Green Lot 1 entrance must have a Green Lot 1 pass and will be directed to a general parking space in Green Lot 1 or will be turned around at the Green Lot 1 entrance and redirected to Red Lot 1 should they require an accessible parking stall.
Accessible parking is available in the following ways:
- Show a pre-paid parking pass for any Levi’s®Stadium parking lot AND display a valid and current DMV-issued Disabled Person Placard or License Plate; OR
- Pay for a gameday accessible parking pass at the entrance to Red Lot 1 (subject to availability) AND display a valid and current DMV-issued Disabled Person Placard or License Plate.
The DMV-issued Disabled Person Placard or License Plate must be displayed and visible at ALL TIMES while parking in accessible parking at Levi’s® Stadium. Failure to do so may result in the vehicle being towed at the owner’s expense.
Accessible parking is available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Once accessible parking is full, guests with a valid and current DMV-issued Disabled Person Placard or License Plate and a parking pass to a Levi’s® Stadium parking lot will be directed to a mobility-friendly parking lot that provides a courtesy shuttle. (i.e., Blue Lot 1, Pink Lots 4/5/8).

Courtesy transportation to and from accessible parking is available via various forms of accessible courtesy transportation. Please reference the table above and information below for pre- and post-event pick-up and drop-off locations, lots serviced, and other pertinent information to improve your gameday experience.
ACCESSIBLE PARKING FEES
Levi’s® Stadium charges for all parking including accessible parking. Guests who have a parking pass to any lot AND a DMV-issued Disabled Person Placard or License Plate and DMV-issued Disabled Person Placard Identification Card may park in accessible parking stalls in Red Lot 1 on a first-come first-serve basis, subject to availability.

- Accessible courtesy transportation/wheelchair service from Levi’s® Stadium (at Gate C) to the accessible pick-up location is available after events.
- Accessible courtesy transportation/shuttle service from Blue Lot 1 and Pink Lots 4/5 to Levi’s® Stadium (at Gate C) is available before events.
- Accessible courtesy transportation/shuttle service from Levi’s® Stadium (at Gate C) to Blue Lot 1 and Pink Lots 4/5 is available after events.
- Shuttle service to and from Pink Lots 4/5 is limited to Sunday events only.
