Levi’s® Stadium takes pride in the services we provide to our guests including those needing mobility assistance. We provide a variety of services for our guests with disabilities, including courtesy shuttle service from several of our parking lots and wheelchair assistance.
Levi’s® Stadium offers accessible seating as well as companion seating in many locations. Please contact the Levi’s® Stadium Visa Box Office at (415) 464-9377 ext. 4 or (415) GO49ERS ext. 4 for questions regarding accessible seating and parking.

Levi’s® Stadium is equipped with public elevators and escalators at Xfinity Gate A, Dignity Health Gate C, and Toyota Gate F. Guests holding tickets for seating within the SAP Tower, including United Club and may use the elevators and escalators inside of the SAP Tower Atrium near Gate B. Guests with tickets for seating in Levi’s 501 Club and Owners Club may use the elevators at Gate E or the public escalators near Gates A, C and F.
There are 38 escalators & 25 elevators located within Levi’s® Stadium to assist guests with navigating the stadium.
We respectfully request that all guests be courteous by offering priority elevator access to guests with mobility needs and their companions. Whenever able, guests are encouraged to use escalators, stairs, or ramps in place of elevators.

All of the restrooms at Levi’s® Stadium offer accessible facilities. In addition to multi-stall men’s and women’s restrooms, Levi’s® Stadium also offers accessible restrooms throughout the stadium for all genders and families.
Animals are not permitted in Levi’s® Stadium with the exception of service animals and service animals in training. A service animal means any dog or miniature horse that is individually trained to do work or perform tasks for the benefit of an individual with a disability. Service animals do not include emotional support animals.
Levi’s® Stadium welcomes your trained or in-training service dog to join you on our courtesy buses, shuttle carts, and at your seat. If you have special seating needs in order to accommodate your service dog comfortably, please contact the Visa Box Office at go49ers@49ers.com or by calling (415) 464-9377 ext. 4 or (415) GO49ERS ext. 4.
Your service dog or miniature horse must remain on its leash for the duration of your visit at Levi’s® Stadium. Designated service animal relief areas are located near Intel Gate A, SAP Gate B, and Dignity Health Gate C near the bridges.

Levi’s® Stadium offers accessible seating throughout the facility. Tickets for accessible seating can be purchased via Ticketmaster.com. For more information on accessible seating, please inquire at go49ers@49ers.com om or by calling the Visa Box Office (415) GO-49ERS ext. 4.
Due to the limited inventory of accessible seating for 49ers football games, same-day ticket exchange for accessible seating is no longer available. When inventory is available, accessible seating exchanges can only be completed electronically during the week leading up to event day.
San Francisco 49ers SBL Members should consult www.49ers.com/members to find instructions for SBL-accessible seat exchanges.
All other ticket holders in need of an accessible seating exchange are instructed to send an email to ADAexchange@levisstadium.com. Please include the ticket account name, the email address for your ticket account, contact information, the seat location you would like to exchange from, the desired number of seats for exchange, and the type of seats you require. Emails are accepted beginning at 12:00 noon Pacific Time the Tuesday before event day and are collected in a virtual queue line for possible exchange. Please help keep the queue line organized by limiting your request to one email. The Visa Box Office team will notify you no later than 5:00 PM Pacific Time on the last business day prior to event day if we are able to fulfill your request.
Same-day ticket exchanges for accessible seating for events other than 49ers football games at Levi’s Stadium continue to be offered subject to availability. Please contact or visit the Visa Box Office for these seating exchange requests.
Accessible drinking fountains are located throughout Levi’s® Stadium. There are six water refill stations located at the drinking fountains near sections 101, 110, 120, 125, 127, and 322.
Levi’s® Stadium is pleased to offer wheelchair assistance for our guests. If you would like to request wheelchair services please contact Mobility Services at (408) 579-4610. Wheelchair assistance is available at all entry gates. Once you have passed through security, benches are available for guests to use while waiting for assistance. The Mobility Services sign with our phone number is posted at the benches.
When you are ready to leave Levi’s® Stadium, please contact your nearest Guest Services Representative or call Mobility Services at (408) 579-4610 to request a wheelchair escort. Mobility Services will pick you up from your seat, or another designated location within Levi’s® Stadium, and assist you to the exit gate. To help us locate you and service your needs, please do not change your location after requesting a pickup.
Please be advised that due to the high volume of calls immediately before kick-off and post-game, there may be an extended wait time. Services are provided on a first-come, first-served basis. Reservations are not accepted. We appreciate your patience and strive to assist you as quickly and efficiently as possible.
Wheelchairs are not available to rent or borrow at any event. Guests in need of a wheelchair for the entire duration of an event must provide their own.
