Levi’s® Stadium takes pride in providing elite service to all guests including those requiring mobility assistance. We provide a variety of services for our guests with special needs. Included in these services are courtesy shuttles buses from several of our parking lots, golf cart shuttles in the Main Lot, and Guest Services representatives to provide wheel chair service if requested.

ACCESSIBLE PICK UP/DROP OFF
Our primary drop off and pickup location is at the intersection of Calle De Luna and Calle Del Sol on the East side of Levi’s® Stadium.
Levi’s® Stadium will be a short walk by walking Westbound on Tasman Drive from this location.
Accessible pickup and drop off will also occur on Stars and Stripes Drive and Centennial across from Yellow Lot 2. Same directions to Yellow Lot 2 can be used to identify this area which are:
From I-880: Take westbound CA 237 and follow directions below.
From US 101:Take eastbound CA 237 and follow directions below.
From CA 237:
Take the North First Street exit.
Turn left onto southbound North First Street.
Proceed on North First Street to Tasman Drive. Turn right.
Continue on Tasman Drive to Centennial Blvd. Turn right.
Continue on Centennial Blvd to Stars and Stripes Drive. Turn left for drop off.
ACCESSIBLE PARKING AND DIRECTIONS
From US 101, take Great America Parkway northbound and parking on the right hand side of Green Lot 1 for accessible parking
In addition to our Main Lot, several outside lots provide parking for guests needing mobility assistance. These lots, including Blue Lot 1 and Green Lot 4, provide courtesy shuttles to Levi’s® Stadium. The same service from the stadium to the two designated lots is provided post event as well.
All guests are encouraged to purchase pre-paid parking passes. While pre-paid parking passes are for specific parking lots, guests who possess a DMV issued Disabled Person Parking Placard and a DMV issued Disabled Person ID Card may park in the Main Lot (Green Lot 1 / Red Lot 1) accessible parking stalls with a pass to a different parking lot. Day of parking is available for those with DMV issued placard or ID card, on a first-come first-served basis at pricing posted at the parking lot entrance.
ADDITIONAL ASSISTANCE
Two outer parking lots, Green Lot 4 and Blue Lot 1, will be serviced by Courtesy Shuttle Buses. These buses will begin running two (2) hours prior to face off and will end one and one half hours (1 ½) after the game has ended. These buses are for our guests who have mobility limitations and who may not have a Handicap Placard.
Guests who possess a valid Handicap Placard are strongly encouraged to park in Green Lot 1 or Red Lot 1. There are over 300 handicap parking spaces in these two lots and Courtesy Cart assistance will be available in both. The courtesy cart service will be available in Red Lot 1, Green Lot 1, and the Santa Clara Golf Course lots, which include Red Lots 6 and 7.
Assisted Listening Devices will be available at all Guest Services kiosks presented by United located throughout the stadium.
