Accessible Services

Levi’s® Stadium takes pride in providing elite service to all guests including those requiring mobility assistance. We provide a variety of services for our guests with disabilities, including courtesy buses from several of our parking lots, golf carts in Red Lot 1 and Green Lot 1, and Guest Services representatives to provide wheelchair services if requested.

Accessible parking is only available through the Red Lot 1 entrance. Guests using the Green Lot 1 entrance must have a Green Lot 1 pass and will be directed to a general parking space in Green Lot 1 or will be turned around at the Green Lot 1 entrance and redirected to Red Lot 1 should they require an accessible parking stall.

Accessible parking is available in the following ways:

Show a pre-paid parking pass for any Levi’s® Stadium parking lot AND display a valid and current DMV-issued Disabled Person Placard or License Plate.
Pay for a gameday accessible parking pass at the entrance to Red Lot 1 (subject to availability) AND display a valid and current DMV-issued Disabled Person Placard or License Plate.
The DMV-issued Disabled Person Placard or License Plate must be displayed and visible at ALL TIMES while parking in accessible parking at Levi’s® Stadium. Failure to do so may result in the vehicle being towed at the owner’s expense.
Accessible parking is available on a first-come first-serve basis. Once accessible parking is full, guests with a valid and current DMV-issued Disabled Person Placard or License Plate and a parking pass to a Levi’s® Stadium parking lot will be directed to a mobility friendly parking lot that provides a courtesy shuttle. (i.e., Blue Lot 1, Pink Lots 4/5/8).

Alcohol Policy

No alcohol may be brought into Levi’s® Stadium.
Guests who are intoxicated or are perceived to be intoxicated will be denied entry into Levi’s® Stadium.
Guests must be 21 years of age or older and in possession of valid government-issued identification to purchase, handle, or consume alcoholic beverages at Levi’s® Stadium.
There is a maximum of two (2) alcoholic beverages per purchase. All alcohol sales will be discontinued at the end of the third (3^rd) quarter or earlier at Levi’s® Stadium Management’s discretion.
Guests providing alcohol to minors will be ejected and subject to arrest.
Guests possessing alcohol, who do not have proof of being at least 21 years of age, will be ejected and subject to arrest.
Drunk and disorderly conduct or violation of any alcohol policy will result in ejection from Levi’s® Stadium without refund and the violator(s) may be subject to loss of season tickets and arrest.
Excessive consumption of alcohol is prohibited.
Alcohol purchased at Levi’s® Stadium is not to be removed from Levi’s® Stadium.
Stadium Management reserves the right to change policies or procedures at any time without notice.

Animals

Animals are not permitted in Levi’s® Stadium with the exception of service animals and service animals in training. A service animal means any dog that is individually trained to do work or perform tasks for the benefit of an individual with a disability.

ATMS

Levi’s® Stadium is now a cashless venue. Reverse ATMs have been installed and are located at section C117 on the main concourse, in section 130 next to the Guest Service Station, section 308 on the Zenni Zone upper concourse and Toyota Gate F for those that may not be inclined to use credit or debit cards. There are no ATMs at Levi’s® Stadium. Cash-to-Card Kiosks dollar limits have been increased to $500 per transaction.

Minimum Age

Levi’s® Stadium does not have a minimum age policy. However, the general guidance we can provide is that an adult should accompany children under the age of 14. Each parent should evaluate their child individually and determine whether it is appropriate for them to attend a game or event at Levi’s® Stadium unsupervised or under the supervision of a minor. It is each parent’s responsibility to make this determination before allowing their child to attend a game or event unsupervised or under the supervision of a minor.

Baby Changing Locations

Baby changing stations are located in all family restrooms throughout Levi’s® Stadium. These restrooms can be found on all concourses and on each Club and Suite level.

Bag Check

The Mobile Locker Co. provides bag check options for guests at Levi’s® Stadium. $20 per bag.

Location 1 – RV Parking Lot on the West Side, near the Hilton Hotel.
Location 2 – Tasman Drive, near Marie P. DeBartolo Way, at the Northeast entrance Gate F.

Bag Policy

Levi’s® Stadium prohibits all bags, backpacks and other carriers from being brought into the stadium with the following exceptions:

Approved clear bags no larger than 12” x 6” x 12”. These include the following clear bags:
- Clear Backpacks
- Clear Fanny Packs
- Clear Bags
- Clear Purses
One gallon clear plastic zip lock type bags
Small Clutch Bag (the size of an adult hand) (4.5” x5”)

Bicycle Policies

Complimentary bicycle valet service is located in Red Lot 1 and Green Lot 1. Bicycle valet will be open 3 hours before the event through 1 hour upon completion of the Levi’s® Stadium event. Unattended bicycles that impede pedestrians are subject to removal and/or relocation. Levi’s® Stadium and/or its agents, shall not be responsible for fire, theft, damage or loss to bicycles or any other article left in or on the same. Levi’s® Stadium encourages all bicyclists to use the bike valet and/or the bicycle storage locations provided.

Bicycle traffic on the San Tomas Aquino Creek Trail will be diverted in order to ensure the integrity of the stadium’s security perimeter. This temporary path diversion will send northbound traveling bicyclists east along Agnew Road, north along Lakeshore Drive, east along Gianera Street, north along the off-street pedestrian and bicycle path at the Gianera Street terminus, north through the VTA Parking Lot, northwest along Stars and Stripes Drive, south along Centennial Boulevard, and west along Tasman Drive, where bicyclists will be able to find the Bike Valet locations.

Cameras and Video Equipment

Please be courteous to those around you when taking photos to avoid sightline obstruction of other guests. The following represents our camera and video equipment guidelines:

Cameras with 3‐inch lenses or shorter are permitted
Camera bags and Cameras with a detachable lens are prohibited inside Levi’s® Stadium
Lights may not be used with video recording equipment
Tripods and monopods are prohibited (including selfie sticks).

Guests may not reproduce or rebroadcast any films or photographs shot at the stadium without the expressed written consent of Levi’s® Stadium Management.

Charter Buses/Booster Clubs

Buses, RVs and limousines that wish to park must contact 408-579-4449 or Parking.Request@49ers-smc.com to purchase parking in advance.

Children/Infants

Children under two (2) years of age are allowed entry without a ticket if accompanied by an adult with a valid ticket and must share the adult’s seat.

Diaper bags accompanying a child are permitted but are subject to search and will be tagged.
Levi’s® Stadium strongly advises that stickers, a name tag and additional information be pinned to the clothing of young children that may require assistance.
Wristbands that can be given to children with the parent’s contact information, as well as seat location, are available at any of Levi’s® Stadiums Guest Service Stations located on the main and upper concourse.
Strollers are welcome at Levi’s® Stadium but are not allowed to be stored in an aisle or under a seat. Strollers may, however, be checked in at the following Guest Service Stations.
Guest Service Station is located on the outer perimeter of the main concourse above Toyota Gate F near sections 105/106.
Guest Service Station is located on the outer perimeter of the main concourse above Dignity Health Gate C near sections 129/130.
Guest Service Station is located on the outer perimeter of the upper concourse near sections 308/309.

Clubs

There are eleven (11) premium club areas located throughout Levi’s® Stadium. Only ticketed guests with proper access are allowed into the clubs. These clubs remain open for approximately one hour following the end of the event.

Club Seats

Premium club areas are located throughout Levi’s® Stadium. Club seat holders have access to the clubs indicated on their ticket and all general areas of the stadium. Access to one premium area does not necessarily provide access to other similar areas.

Code of Conduct and Violation Response Protocol

LEVI’S® STADIUM PROMOTES AN ENVIRONMENT WHERE GUESTS CAN ENJOY THEIR GAMEDAY EXPERIENCE FREE FROM ANY OF THE FOLLOWING:

Offensive language or obscene gestures include the use of such language or gestures concerning a person’s race, ethnicity, color, gender, religion, creed, disability, age, sexual orientation, gender identity/expression, or national origin.
Fighting, taunting, or threatening remarks and/or gestures that incite or encourage a confrontation or physical assault.
Intoxication or signs of impairment related to alcohol or drugs.
Irresponsible drinking or behavior.
Inappropriate displays of affection.
Smoking (in non-designated smoking areas).
Gang activity; including but not limited to wearing or displaying gang clothing and/or indicia.
Offensive clothing.
Any distraction to the progress of the game or event.
Throwing objects of any kind.
Occupying any seat without the appropriate ticket.
Mistreatment of visiting team fans or guests.
Failure to follow the directions of law enforcement, security, ushers, ticket takers or any other Levi’s® Stadium personnel.
Violations of any Levi’s® Stadium Policies, local City of Santa Clara ordinances, state, or federal laws.
Other actions that cause a disruption and/or hinder the enjoyment of the event.
Any behavior that impairs the safety and/or enjoyment of the event from other guests.

Committing any of the above-listed violations may result in ejection and/or arrest from the stadium and prohibition from attending future events. This includes the revocation of parking privileges.
Immediately report violations of the Levi’s® Stadium Code of Conduct using one of the following methods:

Text “SUPPORT” to 573-549-HELP with issue description and location.

Levi’s® Stadium is dedicated to providing a high-quality entertainment experience. Guests who interfere with play, use foul language, make obscene gestures, smoke, or appear to be impaired may be ejected. Levi’s® Stadium has adopted an escalating scale of enforcement for Guest Code of Conduct violations. The purpose of this policy is to help ensure that all Levi’s® Stadium guests enjoy a positive event day experience.

Levi’s® Stadium encourages guests to provide feedback on their stadium experience to any Levi’s® Stadium Playmaker by visiting one of the Guest Services Stations presented by United Airlines located in various locations throughout the stadium concourse, by e-mail at guestservices@LevisStadium.com.

Dignity Health Plaza Play Kind Zone

Visit the Dignity Health Play Kind Zone at Gate C, open 3 hours prior to kickoff. Fans 14 and under can partake in skills and drills at the 49ers Youth Football Mini Camp or take a trip down the new larger-than-life football slide. Young fans can also pick up their “My First 49ers Game” certificate and sign up for the 49ers Kids Club. Faithful can also sign up for Women of the Niners and 49ers PRIDE!

Elevators & Escalators

Levi’s® Stadium is equipped with public elevators and escalators at Xfinity Gate A, Dignity Health Gate C and Toyota Gate F.

Guests holding tickets for seating within the SAP Tower, including Cache Creek Field Club, United Club, and Graton Resort & Casino Winners Club may use the elevators and escalators inside of the SAP Tower Atrium near Gate B. Guests with tickets for seating in East Field Club, SHARP Club, Levi’s 501 Club and Owners Club may use the elevators at Gate E or the public escalators near Gates A, C and F.

There are 38 escalators & 25 elevators located within Levi’s® Stadium to assist guests with navigating the stadium.

We respectfully request that all guests be courteous by offering priority elevator access to guests with mobility needs and their companions. Whenever able, guests are encouraged to use escalators, stairs or ramps in place of elevators.

Family Restrooms

Private family restrooms are located throughout the stadium on all concourses, Club and Suite levels. Family restrooms are equipped with baby changing tables. For a list of all locations, please refer to the “Restroom” section.

Field Access

Access to the field is prohibited to guests of Levi’s® Stadium without proper credentials.

Food and Beverage

For all events, food may be brought into Levi’s® Stadium as long as it is placed in clear plastic wrappings or bags that comply with the NFL bag policy. Fruit must be cut into smaller pieces. Only sealed plastic water bottles may be brought into Levi’s® Stadium.

Guest Text Messaging

Levi’s® Stadium guests are encouraged to report unruly guest behavior by contacting the nearest stadium personnel or by texting the keyword “SUPPORT” and then a message that includes a description of the issue and the location to 573-549-HELP.

Hall of Fame

The Edward J. DeBartolo Sr. Hall of Fame is a marquee exhibit in the 49ers Museum presented by SHARP. Life-size statues of each Hall of Fame member are positioned throughout. The Hall of Fame recognizes players, coaches, and executives who have displayed one or more of the following qualifications: outstanding production and performance on the field, key contributions to the team’s success and the embodiment of the spirit and essence of the San Francisco 49ers

Lost and Found

Guests who have lost their items while visiting Levi’s® Stadium are encouraged to visit one of the United Guest Services Stations located within the stadium on the main and upper concourses during the event. Items that have been found are turned into these locations during events. All lost and found items for that event will be located at United Guest Service Station 105 for 45 minutes after each event. Guests can also inquire from home about lost items by filling out the lost and found form. Once a lost and found form is submitted, please allow 2-3 business days for a response. Guests will only receive a phone call if the missing item is found. Visit the Lost and Found website for any additional information.

Levi’s® Stadium will make its best efforts to match found items with those reported lost by guests.

Lost and Missing Persons

For lost or missing persons, please notify Levi’s® Stadium personnel or call Stadium Operations at 408-673-2100. For guests attending events at Levi’s® Stadium with children, we encourage you to visit a Guest Service Station to receive a wristband that can identify seat location, as well as a phone number.

Noisemakers

No noise-making devices of any kind are permitted inside Levi’s® Stadium during NFL football games. Such devices may be allowed during non-NFL events at the discretion of Levi’s® Stadium Management. Please refer to “Permitted and Prohibited” for further information.

Bud Light Responsibility Has Its Rewards

Levi’s® Stadium encourages all guests to participate in the Bud Light Responsibility Has Its Rewards Program. Fans will scan a QR code on the video board or at any of the United Guest Services Stations to enter the promotion. After pledging to be a responsible fan via the online registration page, guests will be entered to win the designation of the Responsible Fan of the Game and win a 49ers prize pack.

Re-entry is not permitted at any Levi’s® Stadium event. In an emergency, guests can contact the ticket scanner and/or security supervisor at the nearest gate.

Scalping and Profiteering Policies

The unlawful resale of any event ticket on Levi’s® Stadium grounds and/or event parking lots is strictly PROHIBITED and may result in the loss of ticket privileges and/or prosecution to the fullest extent of the law.

Signs and Banners

For NFL football games, signs and banners of any size or type are NOT permitted.

For select non-NFL special events, handheld signs may be allowed as long as they do not impair the view of other guests and do not contain vulgar, offensive or graphic content. No sign may be of a commercial nature. Banners are prohibited. Dry-erase boards and signs attached to sticks or poles are prohibited. This policy is subject to change based on Levi’s® Stadium management’s discretion and without notice.

Smoking

In accordance with the Santa Clara City Ordinance, Levi’s® Stadium is a SMOKE-FREE facility, which includes, but is not limited to, cigarettes, vapor cigarettes, electronic cigarettes, and joints. Designated smoking areas have been established at select location(s) within the stadium perimeter.

Smoking marijuana is prohibited on stadium grounds.

Solicitation Policies

Any unauthorized solicitation or commercial promotion on stadium grounds (including parking lots) is strictly prohibited and may result in confiscation of promotional materials, citation, ejection or arrest.

Strollers

Strollers and stroller wagons are welcome at Levi’s® Stadium but are not allowed to be stored in an aisle or under a seat. Strollers and wagons may be checked in at the following locations:

Guest Service Station is located at Xfinity Gate A on the main concourse near section 146/101.
Guest Service Station is located at Dignity Health Plaza on the main concourse near sections 129/130.
Stroller storage area on the inner walkway of the upper concourse behind section 306.

Strollers and wagons must be folded. Storage space is offered on a first-come, first-serve basis and is subject to availability.

Tailgating Policies

Tailgating is defined as the use of any item (including tables, chairs, free-standing canopies or umbrellas, awnings attached to recreational vehicles, coolers, barbecues, grills, games, generators, televisions, sound systems, food or drink, food or drink preparation or serving equipment, or other items as identified by the City Manager or designee) for the purpose of an outdoor gathering by one or more people prior to, during or after a scheduled stadium event. Tailgating is permitted in specified areas only. Please refer to the event parking lot map.

ONE CAR=ONE SPACE: Tailgating is limited to the lined parking space and the area directly behind or in front of each vehicle.
You must keep all tables, chairs, coolers, barbecues, etc. within the parking stall of your party. Tents or canopies exceeding 8′ x 8′ footprint and vehicles measuring more than 18′ in length and/or 8′ in width are not permitted to park in a lined parking space.
Blocking the drive lane is prohibited. Drive aisles and fire lanes must be kept clear at all times for emergency vehicle access.
Tailgating should not block any of the ADA paths of travel to the stadium. This includes any hash marked area associated with an ADA stall as well as the walkway up the interior of said stalls.
Tailgating will cease after kickoﬀ.
Glass containers are not permitted in ANY lot.
The Stadium Manager or its agents shall not be responsible for fire, theft, damage or loss to vehicles, or any other article left in stadium aﬃliated parking lots.
Amplified sound is prohibited. Non-compliance may result in ejection from the lot without compensation.
Portable toilets are located throughout the parking lots.
Buses/ Limousine/ RV tailgate parking is available on a pre-sold basis. Oversized vehicles that wish to tailgate must contact the Visa Box Oﬃce at 408-579-4449 or Parking.Request@49ers-smc.com to purchase parking in advance.
Outside catering companies are not permitted in Levi’s® Stadium parking lots.
Illegal sales and organized distribution of food and beverages in Levi’s® Stadium parking lots are prohibited.
Please dispose of all waste materials in the proper trash, recycling, and hot coal containers.
Violating parking lot guidelines may result in ejection from Levi’s® Stadium property, arrest and the revocation of tickets and parking passes.

Ticket Donations

If you are unable to attend one of your 49ers home games, you have the option to donate your tickets directly through the 49ers Foundation. The deadline to donate tickets is at 12 pm, four days prior to that home game.

Donate your tickets directly through your online Account Manager. Go to www.49ers.com/myaccount to login and select the game you wish to donate. Look for the “donate” button on the ticket management page and follow the steps to complete the action.

Ticket Policies

All persons, two years of age or older must have a ticket for admittance.
All Guests are encouraged to have their own ticket at all times.
Ticket holders can manage game tickets using the official 49ers Mobile App.
For information on the new mobile ticketing policy please visit www.49ers.com/tickets/mobile.
Guests should have their tickets ready to scan upon approaching the stadium entry gates. The ticket barcode must be visible.
Guests should be prepared to present their tickets upon entering the seating area.
Guests with ticket related problems should visit the remote box office booths located at the entry gates located in front of Intel Gate A, Dignity Health Gate C, or the Visa Box Office located at the north end of the stadium inside Toyota Gate F.
Lost or stolen tickets may only be replaced through the season ticket member of record.
Tickets obtained from sources other than the San Francisco 49ers or its authorized agencies may be lost or stolen and in such cases will NOT be honored.

Towing Service

Unique Towing provides complimentary services to stranded motorists in Levi’s® Stadium lots. These services are available to all guests and include recharging drained batteries, changing flat tires, and lockouts. Additional services will be available per guest request at their expense. Weapons

In compliance with the NFL’s Best Practices for Stadium Security, as well as the Santa Clara stadium ordinances, weapons of any kind are strictly prohibited inside Levi’s® Stadium. Nobody, including off-duty peace officers, are authorized to possess any weapons unless expressly authorized by the Santa Clara Chief of Police. Any violators of this ordinance are subject to arrest.

Will Call

Limited game day will call services are available at Levi’s® Stadium. Patrons with will-call needs on game day should visit the remote box office booths located at entry gates located in front of Intel Gate A, Dignity Health Gate C or the Visa Box Office located at the north end of the stadium inside Toyota Gate F.

Game Day Will Call opens three (3) hours before kickoff.

Will call requests received before game day will be forwarded in advance of the game to the intended recipient via the San Francisco 49ers App or by email.
