HOW TO ACCESS YOUR MEMBER BADGE
The Season Ticket Member badge will unlock 15% off merchandise at the Team Store presented by Visa (excluding online purchases, discounted merchandise and game-worn items), 15% off non-Member Inclusive Menu concessions (excluding alcohol purchases) and access to the 49ers Museum presented by Foxconn Industrial Internet.
STEP 1
Download the 49ers App powered by Cadence. If you already have the app downloaded, please ensure you have updated it to the latest version.
STEP 2
Sign in to your 49ers account. Begin by tapping the ‘Login’ icon located on the right-hand corner of the bottom menu.
STEP 3
Access your badge by tapping on ‘MY BADGE’ from the Login Menu.
STEP 4
Tap the screen to verify the background colors switch from gold to red. Screenshots will not be permitted.
STEP 5
Badges that do not display the red/gold background are not eligible for benefits associated with the Season Ticket Member badge. If you are signed in to your season ticket member account and do not see your badge with a red/gold background, please try logging out and logging back in. We recommend checking this in advance of arriving at the stadium.
